Terms of Service

Early Access service

OrbiAds is currently in early access. Features and pricing may evolve with 30 days' notice.

1. Service description

OrbiAds is an automation service for Google Ad Manager (GAM). It enables advertising campaign deployment via a web interface and an MCP server compatible with AI agents (Claude, GPT, Gemini…).

2. Service access

Access requires a Google account and an active monthly subscription. The service is in Early Access phase — feature changes may occur with 30 days' email notice.

3. Credits and billing

The monthly subscription includes 50 credits reset each month upon renewal. Unused credits are not rolled over or refunded. Overages are automatically billed via Stripe at €0.25/credit. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from your Dashboard, with no penalty.

4. User responsibility

OrbiAds is an automation tool. The user is solely responsible for actions taken in Google Ad Manager — including those initiated via AI agents. OrbiAds is not responsible for the consequences of commands given to an AI agent in GAM (campaign creation, modification, deletion).

5. Acceptable use

The service is reserved for legitimate professional use. It is prohibited to use OrbiAds to circumvent Google Ad Manager rules, for fraudulent purposes, or in ways that harm third parties. Any abuse results in immediate account termination.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. OrbiAds never collects the content of your GAM network (campaigns, advertisers, creatives, inventory).

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified with 30 days' email notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
