OrbiAds is an automation tool for Google Ad Manager. This policy explains what data we collect — and more importantly, what we never collect.
Ihre GAM-Daten — minimale Speicherung
OrbiAds kopiert die Inhalte Ihres Google Ad Manager-Netzwerks nicht in ein dauerhaftes Archiv. Über OrbiAds erstellte Daten (Kampagnenspezifikationen, Creatives, Vorgangsprotokoll) werden nach höchstens 30 Tagen automatisch gelöscht — durch eine von Google Firestore ausgeführte Ablaufregel.
- ✓ Bereits in GAM bestehende Werbetreibende, Orders und Line Items: niemals kopiert
- ✓ Inventar und Targeting: technischer Cache von 24 Std., in den Einstellungen mit einem Klick abschaltbar
- ✓ Programmatische Daten und Zielgruppen: niemals gespeichert
Ihre GAM-Daten fließen nur zur Ausführung des angeforderten Befehls durch unsere Server. In OrbiAds erstellte Kampagnenspezifikationen werden höchstens 30 Tage gespeichert, um Rollback und Nachvollziehbarkeit zu ermöglichen, dann automatisch gelöscht. Job-Ergebnisse verfallen nach 7 Tagen, der Berichtsverlauf nach 90 Tagen. Auf Anfrage können wir diese Fristen für Ihr Konto verkürzen.
GAM OAuth Tokens
To act in GAM on your behalf, OrbiAds stores a Google OAuth token. This token is:
- — Encrypted via Google Cloud KMS before any storage in Firestore
- — Never accessible in plain text by our team or application code
- — Used exclusively to execute your operations
- — Deleted when you disconnect your GAM account
What we collect
- — Your Google email address (Firebase Authentication) — to identify you
- — Operation logs: action type, timestamp, credits consumed — for billing
- — Your account preferences and OrbiAds settings
Produktnutzungsdaten und Begleitung
OrbiAds analysiert die Produktnutzung seiner Kunden — GAM-Verbindungsdaten, Operationsvolumen, technische Fehlercodes — um Begleitung und Kommunikation anzupassen. Diese Daten betreffen niemals den Inhalt Ihres GAM-Netzwerks (Werbetreibende, Kampagnen, Inventar, Umsätze).
Bei technischen Fehlern kann OrbiAds proaktiv Kontakt aufnehmen, um Unterstützung anzubieten. Die Rechtsgrundlage dieser Verarbeitung ist das berechtigte Interesse (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO): Verbesserung der Begleitung der eigenen Geschäftskunden (B2B).

Stripe Payments
Payment information (card, IBAN) is managed exclusively by Stripe. OrbiAds never accesses banking data.
Data retention
Your account data (email, encrypted GAM token, settings) is retained while your account is active. Operational data expires automatically before that: 30 days for campaigns, jobs and audit logs, 7 days for job results, 90 days for report history, 24 hours for the inventory cache. Account deletion is available directly in the interface (Settings → Account → Profile) and executes immediately, not within 30 days. Only usage records are retained, anonymised, to satisfy our accounting obligations.
